Hotel La Rose
10/10 Excellent
"Great location, located right near the train station in the downtown area of Santa Rosa. We came from San Francisco for a little weekend home away from home. The price was very good. We stayed in their cottage suites. The room was big, had AC, and natural light. Some things I wasn’t a fan of: the curtains felt a little short. There wasn’t enough body wash, and hair care, and there wasn’t any way to cover the big window (that was high above) that offered natural light. That’s really just nitpicking though."

"Highland Dell Lodge was an adorable stay: the staff was friendly, the guests all got along, and we felt like we'd arrived at a quaint little place as soon as we set foot in the lodge. My fiancé and I were celebrating our minimoon before our wedding day. We brought our border collie, and all three of us loved it. Growing up, spending time at an auntie's family home across the river; this place was the perfect little getaway. The room was a wee bit small, but it was perfect for what we needed. The food was delicious too! The river location was ideal for spending a day at the coast, as well as driving upriver to the state park and wineries. Thank you so much."

"We stayed the weekend for our anniversary and it was delightful! Place was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Their hot tub is open until 11 PM and we truly enjoyed taking a dip after dinner! Would stay again!"
