"Had issues with the room, AC wasn’t working in the room, the shower water pressure was very bad, toilet was not flushing properly, shower door wasn’t properly working and finally noticed that the room wasn’t cleaned properly before it was given to us to occupy."

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It’s a 2 minutes walk from the bus the goes to the city center and the metro station.
The room was clean with a confortable bed and AC. It’s a quite and safe neighborhood. Solo travellers, you don’t have to worry about coming back to the hotel late at night.
The hotel has a restaurant on the first floor with a great menu at a good price. I would recommend paying the additional money to include breakfast.
The staff was nice and helpful. The room was cleaned...

"We had a wonderful stay!
The hotel is not in the center of the hectic areas; however, it is within walking distance of everything. It was nice and quiet at night. The air-conditioning was powerful and the king size bed was one of the most comfortable we have experienced in a hotel.
The highlight of our stay was Vincent at the front desk. He was very attentive and gave great suggestions. He even wrote out directions for the subway for us.
One thing to keep in mind is breakfast in Italy is...
