"The hilton garden inn was wonderful, all the staff was so friendly,and helpful,all the women at the check in and check out was wonderful,and Morgan was the best i give ger 10 stars I recommend everyone tostay here"
"The hotel looks good from the outside. Inside was not as nice. The first night we stayed, got in late and went to bed. Got up the next morning and TV wasn't working. Microwave as not working. Some lights were not working. One side of the room had no electricity. Went downstairs for free breakfast, had waffles and no syrup. Didn't put out the cereal they he said they had because no milk.
Told the new desk person, they needed supplies. Also told them I needed a new room or would have to go to...
"Enjoyed the evening reception, and breakfast was great, the hotel was well kept even though it's an older hotel, we travel to Huntsville several times a year but have never stayed at the Embassy Suites but now this will be our 1st choice when staying in Huntsville "

"It was an amazing stay. Staff was super nice. They have a boujee coffee machine that is available 24/7. Room was fantastic and clean. Even the products for shower and cleaning your hands was top notch. I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN!! "

"Cool, Comfortable, Clean - and VERY WELL LIT - most hotels have limited, dim lighting - horrible to do paperwork in - I returned her primarily because I knew the lighting would be advantageous - the tv service going out for a significant portion of the stay was unfortunate, but survivable... and when I mentioned a difficulty with the desk chair, it was immediately dealt with."
