"Stayed here many times but this last time was the worst experience ever it started from the beginning we got the wrong room assigned and when we tried to call from the room the phone didn’t work so I called from my cell they told me some phones just don’t work after renovations they told me bc I booked through a 3rd party they pretty much didn’t care and couldn’t do anything about it so I was stuck so we stayed the fridge had old food in it and when I put my daughter in the shower I realized...

"The location was excellent—just 5 minutes from LGB Airport via the hotel's free shuttle service. For dinner, we visited a nearby food hall called The Hangar, which was about a 20–30 minute walk from the hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely choose this hotel again in the future."
