"The ice maker never produced ice. The pool is supposed to close at 10, I went at 9:15 and could not gain entry. There is a lack of front desk staff as well as subpar customer staff. Only stay here if it’s your last resort."

"This place is horrible. The location immediately gives you bad vibes. There was vehicles in the parking lot that looked like people were living in their cars. We went into the room and it was so dirty, paint chipping off of the walls, it smelled horrible. We requested a refund right away and booked somewhere else. Horrible place to stay"
