"Stay was great although next time I will book a room with a refrigerator. My only mention would be is the valet ! The three times we left over two days I use the QR code on the little ticket they give you to request your car be pulled up and basically requested 30 minutes in advance which is not a problem whatsoever. The issue is when you get downstairs for your car it is not there and then you have to wait another 15-20 minutes. I hope they can resolve this issue. Some people may not have the...

"We had a great stay here. The rooms were nice, the bathrooms were nice and the customer service was amazing.
The air conditioner in my room was loud, but I loved it. It was like white noise.
The TV connects to your phone so you can chose what to watch on your phone, I thought that was cool.
It was a great location. We walked to everything. "

"Our room was beautiful looking down on Cannery Row, Monterey. Well appointed, warm and inviting. The staff is exceptional! Friendly and professional. Our continental breakfast was fresh and hot. The fireplace added to the warmth of the room, though it was too warm to use. Will definitely return!"
