Room had an odd smell, I got candles and forgot about it. I always bring flip flops for hotels, in this price range. There was nothing wrong with the shower, but because of the smell… I’m glad I wasn’t barefoot. I don’t know what the smell was. ( the linens smelled fresh though. One spot on the bed made a noise when I sat down and stood up but other than that it was comfy.
