"The stay was disappointing overall. The room had cobwebs and dust all over the walls, which made it feel poorly maintained. There was also no AC in the room, and this was not mentioned anywhere during booking. When we raised our concerns with the staff, they were not very helpful and came across as stubborn. "We checked in and unpacked in our room and then went to dinner and a movie. When we returned and got into bed, there was the sound of an animal in our wall heater at 11:00pm that we could hear scratching around and maybe building a nest or eating. We tried to bang on it to scare whatever it was out but it persisted to make noise. When we called the night attendant, he didn’t check it out but did give us a new room. "Last minute stay for work. We had 4 rooms and the staff cleaned the room everyday. The rooms we had were newly renovated. The bed was comfortable and water pressure in shower was good. Great stay, will stay there again"
