"Something bad always happens to us; the air conditioning doesn't cool, the furniture is old, the elevators don't work properly, the toilet tank is broken, the televisions are small, they refuse to give you ice in the kitchen, only the reception staff are very good"

"This hotel has a lot of old stuff inside the rooms, is not clean very well and it has a lot of issues around like the toilet was not working and the walls they were in some areas duty plus the bed are not having blanket, so you need to ask for them. The parking is too small and they have events every week so you actually are in a situation where you need to fight for ice space. We are not going to park here. It’s too much issues."
