Good experience, everything was smooth and the workers very polite, it had a very good breakfast compared to many other hotels I’ve stayed at in the city. If the hotel add a mini fridge, a microwave in the room and update the architecture on the hallway it would become one of the best stays in the city. Another good thing is that it is close to a nice site of the city of San Padró de Garza

En el desayuno faltaba personal, no se daban a vasto y la espera de platos y comida si fue considerable, el otro aspecto es el estacionamiento que no es muy grande y no hay manera de entrar al hotel masque que por el lobby. En cuanto a lo demás estuvo muy bien

I tried calling the hotel 3 days in a row, multiple times. They did not answer any of the calls. It took about 10 messages on WhatsApp to get an answer from them. The reception staff gave poor service in general, even when checking in. Overall, the service is poor and the hotel is not a good bang for your buck. I have stayed in way better hotels in the area for less. Also they don’t have enough parking spaces so good luck if you arrive late and are hoping to park your car.

La primera impresión es la que cuenta. La señorita de recepción apenas me volteo a ver en el check in, "mande" dijo, "identificaciones.." no hubo un "buenas tardes, bienvenidos". Esperaba por el nivel de la zona y categoría un poco más de calidez. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, limpio. La segunda decepción llego con el cuarto doble con cama Queen qué reserve. Me dieron una cama matrimonial para dos personas, apenas cupimos mi esposa y yo, lo bueno es que nos queremos jajaja si no imaginen. La cama rebotona y muy pequeña, apenas pude dormir. Lo demás muy bien, desayuno muy completo y aunque estaba lleno, la gente de atención en el desayuno se esmeraron en atendernos a todos. Pequeños grandes detalles afectaron una experiencia que pudo ser excelente.
