"The staff was outstanding—friendly, respectful, helpful, and very understanding throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the room itself appeared poorly maintained. One bed was missing pillows, and there was a long hair under the covers. The AC vent was very dusty, the shower water came out orange, the anti-slip mat had mold, and the towels looked yellow. Even the phone was dirty with dust and hair, making me uncomfortable using it. Because of the overall cleanliness and maintenance issues, I decided to leave the next morning without showering and book another hotel. The staff sincerely apologized and offered solutions, which I appreciated, but I felt it was best to leave."

"Bonito hotel, servicio y atención muy buenos. La habitación fue bonita y solo debo mencionar que en algunos aspectos deben de mejorar, por ejemplo, la ducha es vieja, tiene sarro, y es muy difícil lograr la temperatura adecuada con el mezclador porque solo se logra muy caliente o muy fría. Otro detalle fue que el baño tiene una ventana grande al patio central y para cubrir pusieron una cortina de tela demasiado larga que cae dentro de la bañera y lógicamente se moja. Por otro lado, la regadera no está separada de la tina."
