This motel is like a blast from yhe past, but not in a good way. It is very outdated and in need of a good renovation. The reason we chose this motel is bc they accepted pets. The portable heater made a lot of noise. My phone charger plug fell out of the outlet so my phone didn’t charge overnight. On the positive side, the tv choices were good and included Prime, Hulu, etc at no extra charge, I think. It is in an easy to find location. There were no bugs that we know of and it was clean.

Great place to stay.
What a great trip. The Staff was excellent. Rooms were clean and overall we had a great trip. We would recommend staying here!

Liked the large screen TV and newer decorations but the bathroom remains to be upgraded. The motel is close to restaurants and gas stations.

We stayed on a Sat. Night. There was a lot of noise and banging coming from surrounding rooms making me question our safety. The room itself was fine, but the bonfire, 4-wheeling, and guest behavior left me sorry I booked here.

The shower did not work and the tub was very low that I could not get down into it. When we reported it to the front desk, they said this was the first time anyone said anything. That was not true, you could tell the piece broken was not a fresh break. I spilled something on the floor and when I wiped it up, the cloth was very dirty. Who knows when it was mopped last.

Steps to enter rooms is challenging for for elderly or handicapped. Sink should have a stopper in the drain to prevent loss of any item small enough to disappear. TV not user friendly. Appreciated friendly and accommodating staff.

Very disappointing
Checking in approx 10 pm. Guy answers on Ring doorbell tells me keys are in mailbox behind me. Get in room no tv or internet - nothing working. Room had terrible repair work done to it. Bed was comfortable

I was impressed with huge TV screen but could not get sound no matter what options I took on the menu and there was no on how the remotes worked which was disappointing. Since It was just an overnighter, I could live with it. Not all people are techies.

This is my first time staying here after a long hiatus. I'm glad I gave it another try! The motel has been renovated and fixtures and furnishings are new. The mattresses are very thick and comfortable, and there are HUGE flat-screen TV's in the rooms. The room looked and smelled very clean and the bathroom sink and toilet fixtures were new. My only caveat with this motel is something that has been an issue for decades - the motel is near a swampy area of town, and after dark there are tons of insects who are attracted to the lights near the room doors. So if you need to go in/out after dark, you will have to shut the door very quickly or end up with moths and flies in the room (the room did have a flyswatter so we could finish them off). Other than this minor annoyance, I was quite pleased with the room and the value. I will stay here again when in town. (Also, the motel is right across the parking lot from a great restaurant for breakfast so you can walk from your room.)

Stayed there 1 night with my hunting dog between pheasant hunts . Nothing fancy about motel but was a perfect set up for us . Manager was great .

We were ripped of for changing our reservation for one night. I was charged for 2 nights, Expedia did not follow up and the owner said they had no power to refund. Super unhappy! Make sure you make no changes because you won’t get a refund!! Was pretty expensive for the state of the rooms.
