"Had a horrible night in our assigned room. Our AC unit sounded like a freight train while it was on, I was unable to ask customer service to switch rooms it my kids were already asleep, and I did not want to wake them after a long trip on road all day. I let the staff know the next day, all they did was ask why I didn’t ask to move rooms, I explained and that my family was asleep."

"This hotel was very clean. I watched as staff were constantly cleaning and tidying the inside and outside of the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The AC was working great. We especially appreciated the full breakfast. There was a large variety of breakfast items including eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, cereal, bagels, toast, juices, etc.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we plan to stay again on our next trip."

"The bedroom was not smelling well, the bedsheets looked like they’ve been used and not changed, we had to take our own bedsheets because we couldn’t stand with the smell. The AC was so noisy and the carpet was smelling bad, the bathroom was okay but the bathtub was not well cleaned.
The breakfast was fine."

"The front desk Asian employee initially charged me $170 per night for incidentals. After I stepped away to verify whether that amount was correct, she changed it to just $20. When I asked how the amount could change so drastically, she couldn’t provide an explanation.
She also assigned me to a room where the phone wasn’t working, so I couldn’t call the front desk. When I tried calling from my cell phone, she didn’t answer.

"I would not recommend this hotel, especially for business travelers.
The biggest issue during my stay was the internet connection. The Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable, and despite multiple follow-ups with the hotel staff, the problem was never resolved. A stable internet connection is essential for business travel, and this was very disappointing.
Another concern was the work environment. I attempted to work from the restaurant/lounge area, but the restaurant staff were consistently loud and...
