"I love my stay at the spring hill suites. The staff are great and very willing to help. the breakfast was good. They give you a lot of options. only thing is that the rooms needs to be updated. they are very spacious and roomy but updating will take it to the next level. they also need to switch to smart TVS And the rooms need better lighting."

"Loved the comfy bed! The room was clean however there was a very musky smell we couldn’t get rid of, when we mentioned it the front desk didn’t acknowledge what we said. We then asked for Lysol or some air freshener and she told us that the house keeping closet was locked. Unfortunately we had to deal w/ that smell all night, as they were completely booked."

"Very nice room. Great price! Clean and comfortable. Large screen TV with premium cable channels. Thermostat settings for AC were spot on. Hope all Clarion Motels are like this. We will look for these in our future travels."

"We arrived tired from a 17 hour road trip and the front desk employee was kind and helpful. However we were placed in a room with an absolutely filthy bathroom that had visible black mold growing in the shower. We asked to change rooms and found that the shower had a used washcloth in it. The third room we were placed into was slightly less dirty but the shower was growing pink mold around the caulk. By the time we got our children settled it was 2 am. Disappointed in this chain and will avoid...

"The staff was great! The breakfast was good. But the room was not well maintained. You really need to update your lamps, the shades were cracked, the inside of the lamp shade by the bed was gross with dirt, hair and drips of something running down it."

"We stayed only one night and this hotel was a good spot. It was not RIGHT off the freeway but an easy drive to it. The room was small, but clean and cozy enough. It was sticky/humid at first; we set the “dry” setting on the AC and it was fine. We liked that the sink was separate from the toilet area. Parking was good! The staff was so nice and attentive.
