"There was no one at the facility! I happened to run into an employee dropping by and he pointed me toward a room that had been prepared: there was no formal check-in or check-out at all! ROom was clean and well prepared. No food within a half hour drive (the restaurant advertised was closed)."

"Good hotel, a little overpriced. The bathroom were super small. The staff were extremely helpful. The pool looked dirty, the water was very cloudy. The breakfast was ok at best, wasn't over the top good nor bad. Easy off and on Route 17. Pretty close to NYC. Plenty of parking."

"The property is very clean and peaceful. The staff is nice. We only had breakfast on the property and it was great. The food was fresh. I had pancakes and syrup and the syrup did not taste like sugar. The juice bar was not open and the cafe could use more options though."

"Expected much higher end for the price. Rooms were average at best in the Alder. Complimentary coffee was available until the coffee machine in the lobby broke. No attempt made as a back up. Most of bars served wine in plastic cups!! That I found ridiculous. Needed to write down directions at one point but there was no pen or paper in the room…had to borrow one from the front desk. The food in the restaurants was ok. Definitely 1 high end restaurant. The rest…not so good."

"If you are allergic to a cat, there is a lot of cats… I booked through Expedia. Upon arrival, the front desk couldn’t find my reservation and insisted on creating a new one with my card. After much insistence, they located it but had no room ready, forcing me to wait. Placed in a room with a strong urine smell (likely dog) in the bathroom. No room number signs in the hallway, and the same odor was in the main first-floor bathroom. No Wi-Fi password provided. Breakfast was okay. Photos on Expedia...
