"We liked our stay here. Rooms were clean and the staff were welcoming. Nicely located in Sedona. Every time you step out to visit any tourist spot, you have those wonderful views of Sedona."

"Quick drive to downtown in minutes and only 10 minutes from Arches NP. Nice patio area with grills, pool, and hot tub. Rooms were spacious with a large bathroom and shower. Breakfast included was convenient and had a variety of options as we stayed 4 nights. "

"Overall experience to be average The comforter and beds were not very comfortable. Additionally the room did not include a microwave oven, which would have been convenient during the stay. The bathroom fixtures felt outdated, and the exhaust fan was not working "

"Older establishment, but very nicely kept up. Check in was friendly and the room was immaculate. Far exceeded our expectations for this price point. We’ll definitely stay here again whenever we’re passing through the area, as this is a much better option than the craziness in Moab."

"Cold shower. Basement room. No towels for pool. Kids running everywhere. Kids with pool noodles in the hot tub. No bath soap. Outdoor fire place broken and was told it never works. Do not recommend for adults or couples."
