Lovely historic building. A very welcoming arrival from the receptionist who helped explain local dining options. A beautiful place to stay with all mod cons.

Très bel Hôtel situé dans un bâtiment classé Monument Historique, juste devant la Vezere. Personnel très aimable et de bon conseil. Hôtel superbement décoré, avec goût et raffinement, tout comme les chambres dont les moindres détails ont été pensés par l’architecte d’intérieur. Magnifique et vaste chambre, bien équipée, notamment avec des produits cosmétiques de qualité. Sympathique piscine. Parking devant l’hôtel. Un superbe hôtel, raffiné, à conseiller sans aucune restriction !

Stunning property in a equally beautiful French village. The hotel is exquisite. The walkable village is lovely with many shops and good restaurants. Highly recommend. Close driving distance - 5 mins to Lascaux caves, 8 mins to Chateau Losse.

Luxury without the stuffy
Unexpected luxury in the heart of Dordogne. You could feel the grandeur and history of the hotel. Tastefully preserved with all the modern comforts. Plus a close walk to the medieval town and riverside. We booked the suite, a perfect escape for our family of 4 (plus a toddler). The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The restaurants was special, with a unique deluxe menu of local foods/wines. We sadly didn’t try the pool or spa, but would definitely recommend all the amenities.

This place was so beautiful. When we arrived, the staff was nice and welcoming. The rooms were also spacious with great views. We had a plumbing issue in our first room and they promptly moved us to another room with an even better view. It's perfect if you're looking for a quiet getaway. And the pool had just opened, which was also wonderful. All around a great property and I hope to go back one day!

Excellent séjour
Un très très bel hôtel avec un personnel attentif sans être envahissant. Le restaurant est tout simplement parfait. La décoration est soignée, l'ensemble est cosy. Le petit-déjeuner est divin, avec des produits frais et authentiques. Je recommande.

Fifteenth century manor house on the river in Marignac, restored and tastefully converted to a ten room boutique hotel, with elegant salons, pleasant terraces, excellent restaurant and charming staff. They are adding a spa and swimming pool. Gorgeous place in a delightful village. Very convenient to Lascaux IV. I would return with pleasure.

Très bel hôtel
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel installé dans une magnifique demeure en pierre du Périgord. Plusieurs tailles de chambres, dont certaines avec terrasse, selon les besoins et les envies. Dommage que les rideaux se soient pas opaques, en plein été on est réveillé très tôt par les premiers rayons de soleil. Bémol sur le petit déjeuner, avec des viennoiseries insipides et aucun produit fait maison.

Chambre ne valant pas 4 etoiles
Tres bel hotel, notre chambre etait petite, pas insonorisee, pour un 4 etoiles, pas de plateau d'acceuil dans la chambre, coffre fort pas accessible, papier toilette pas de qualite. Le personnel est tres agreable et nous avons tres bien mange au restaurant.

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez passé un agréable séjour et nous sommes navrés que certains détails n'aient pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Un plateau d'accueil sera bientôt mis à disposition dans les chambres. Quant à l'isolation phonique de l'hôtel, elle est aux normes hôtelières. Le bâtiment datant du 17e siècle et ayant conservé ses parquets d'origine, il est possible que certains endroits soient plus sonores que d'autres. C'est l'inconvénient de dormir dans un Monument Historique. Nous espérons vous revoir prochainement en Périgord.

Bel hôtel, mais restaurant pas a la hauteur
La suite pour 4 personnes qui nous a été donnée était au premier abord incroyable... Ensuite quelques petits détails lié au fait que l'hôtel est un vieux château (parquet ancien avec quelques trous, fenêtres disjointes..). Par contre, le restaurant n'est pas à la hauteur, la carte contient des plats aux noms compliqués... Et finalement plutôt sans goût.. Pour 275€ à 4... Des progrès à faire de ce côté là.

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour et que vous ayez été sensible au charme de notre Maison. Le Château date en effet du 17e siècle, classé Monument Historique, et dispose encore de ses parquets d'origine. Nous déplorons que notre cuisine n'ait pas été à votre goût. Beautiful Hotel
Beautiful hotel & rooms. Parking right outside the hotel. Room was beautiful but missing a few things like water, coffee machine & chairs for relaxing in. €8 for 2 coffee’s is pretty expensive, as is €12 for a small cocktail.

Great hotel in Montignac
We loved this hotel. It is easily walkable into town. Everything is beautifully updated. The restaurant was wonderful. The staff were very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are traveling in this area.
