"The staff was amazing. Ines and Carolina were both fantastic. They were so helpful, kind and professional. We stayed there for 2 nights and the hotel is perfectly situated. "A beautiful hotel. No front desk, but the instructions sent prior to our arrival were very clear and easy to follow. Lovely room with plenty of amenities including a kettle, tea, coffee and bottled water! Highly recommend!"

"All very good. I'd g back. A quiet guest house with no kitchen but other amenities and common area. Two shared bathrooms. I'd suggest a sign outside but overall a great stay. Staff was very helpful. Definitely a good deal for the money and easy walk from Olivers Metro (Red Line). Big mall and grocery nearby. "

"Really enjoyed the place. Very secure. If you get a room next to the street can be noisy in the morning. Safe can be picked up easily and walked out with. No real bathroom amenities could use nicer towels these were like sandpaper however would stay. If you have any back or leg problems there is no elevator lots of stairs."
