"The hotel was in an excellent location for exploring Lisbon. The staff was fantastic. The rooms were basic but had all the amenities needed. The only inconvenience was no elevator so if you don’t mind walking up stairs after walking up a hill then this place is for you. Overall would stay again and would recommend."

"Clear room with basic amenities. The host was super nice and helpful and contacted us in advance. They allowed us to store our luggage before checkin and after checkout until our travel time. The location is super convenient and lovely with lot of restaurants buzzing with activities snd people. "

"I stayed at the small single room. It was very noisy outside because of the vehicles. Couldn’t sleep until I bought the earplugs after two nights. Breakfast was simple but couldn’t complain at this price. Staff was helpful. "

"We got in late at night and the room was not very clean. Stains on beds sheets and towels were old and had a hole. My partner and I ended up getting several bites overnight during our stay and it was very likely bed bugs from the patten of the bites. We also took pictures of our bites for evidence. I would not recommend staying at this place because it’s very unhygienic and public health concerns with bed bugs. We will open dispute with this hotel or Expedia for a refund for our stay."

"Really enjoyed the place. Very secure. If you get a room next to the street can be noisy in the morning. Safe can be picked up easily and walked out with. No real bathroom amenities could use nicer towels these were like sandpaper however would stay. If you have any back or leg problems there is no elevator lots of stairs."
