Right from the start we felt welcomed, the room was spotless and the views overlooking the countryside was idyllic. The food was incredible, some of the best food we have ever eaten and to top of off, breakfast was just as good. We are already planning our visit back!"

"Luxurious room! We splurged for the nicer room and wow! Wonderful staff, good beer selection. We needed to leave early the next morning so the chef packed us a picnic breakfast with lots of fruit, a blt sandwich, crackers and jams and cookies. Ate it on a hill overlooking a field of sheep and the town below. So memorable!"

"Could be outstanding but the kitchen lets them down. The location, hotel and staff are wonderful but the food is where the shine falls off. Decent menu but most of the food was bland, lacking taste or overly greasy (fish). Breakfast was wrong both mornings (even with simple request), kitchen needs to read the orders properly.. At the two dinners, both night people on tables around us were commenting on their food.. (which is such a shame for a lovely hotel..."

"We were a group of 3 couples. All of us loved The Old Brewhouse. Such friendly staff, impeccably clean everywhere, amazing breakfasts. Parking for 5 inside and 5 designated spaces at side of property. 2 minute walk into centre. Courtyard is beautifully maintained with a very clear netted pond full of lovely koi and goldfish. 2 of our group asked the owner if they did black pudding at breakfast (which wasn’t on the menu) but it was bought in for them. So attentive, made to feel very welcome....

"We absolutely loved staying at Number Four at Stow. It was our first time in the Cotswolds. The hotel is really confidently located just outside of the town of Stow and it overlooks the beautiful English countryside. The room was spotless and inviting. There is both heating and air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable. We had breakfast included each morning and the staff were amazing. The food was excellent. We also enjoyed the Sunday roast! "Breakfast was just ok, certainly not really a good value. Rooms are dark, low ceilings, out-updated furniture, etc. All in all, the hotel is good enough, though one may not think of it as a spa like experience, especially when considering that this is one of the attractions/ amenities that they are offering & advertising."
