"We loved the location, surrounded by restaurant choices and an easy walk everywhere. This is a bustling city neighbourhood, with the energy that comes with it. The unit is compact, bright, a walk-up and well equipped (kitchen/bath stuff). The bathroom sink is small, but we got used to it. We parked in an underground garage that was about a 15 minute walk away. Would stay here again."

"Everything was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was excellent with a great view of the street below where hundreds of people were shopping, dining and having a good time. The restaurant food was great."

"Everything was great here. The only thing to take note of is that you don’t have control of your own air-conditioning, which is not noted in the description. But honestly, we were there in early June and we were completely comfortable. We also liked how this was so walkable to the park and other neighborhood amenities like restaurants and bars. The parking can be a little precarious, but we did not have any issues. I will say the bathroom was a bit small but completely workable for two people."

Vaut mieux arriver par le stationnement pour se rendre à la réception puisque détour important et stationnement payant indépendant de l’hôtel. Terrasse sur le toit avec piscine et vue très agréable. Petit-déjeuner simpliste et peu élaboré."

"Place d’Armes is perfectly located across the street from Notre Dame Cathedral in quaint and charming Old Montreal. The rooms were spacious with large showers and multiple jets. Luxurious toiletries of Le Labo that made the bathroom smell like a spa. Staff were friendly yet professional and had excellent customer service. There were three restaurants (French brasserie, modern Japanese and light Mediterranean cuisine) in the hotel that were reasonably priced with good food. Be sure to dine...

"The property is in an excellent position in the vibrant Plateau area - close to a variety of restaurants , shops and sights including Mont Royal but what makes the Hotel Kutuma stand out is the staff- always welcoming and helpful- even to the point of standing out in the rain, so you don’t have to , awaiting your taxi. Rooms are unique and well - thought out.It felt like a home in the middle of the city"
