"Front desk staff (Walter in particular) extremely helpful and provided the best service I've experienced in a long time. The water in the "heated" pool could stand to be a little warmer. The restaurant staff was sub-par. For instance, one morning I arrived at the same time as 3 other groups. We were sat in the same area - the host/server that sat us made rounds with his coffee jug, looked at me, but didn't offer me any coffee. When he returned to the area I flagged him down for some coffee and he told me he would go and get my server! WHAT? That in my opinion, was terrible service!"
