"I was concerned about the state of repair of room 318 based on my last stay, and asked to see the room before I registered. It looked OK so imagine my shock when I got into bed late at night and found the mattress was broken and I was sliding off while trying to sleep. In the morning staff apologized but did not give me a discount."

"Where do I even begin with this place?! Absolutely amazing, staff were amazing, it's very downtown, rooms are immaculate, facilities are amazing (pool room, state of the art kitchen, showers etc). The fact the have men's sport soap in the showers that smells amazing is class. Rooms are so cosy and warm, it's so cheap. The best thing, they're non for profit and they're so so environmentally friendly. Would recommend and I will definitely visit again!!"

"Impossible de dormir, les voisins du dessus ont parlé, marché, mis de la musique toute la nuit - les planchers en bois grincent et n'offrent aucune isolation sonore - le sofa était criblé de taches, nous pouvions écrire nos noms dans la poussière sur le haut du lit - la vitre de la chambre était brisée- les meubles collants. Bien localisé- bons design et concept - mais manque vraiment de propreté et d'insonorisation."

"First time there. Staff at the front desk were really nice. The room was a decent size. The only minor issue I did have was that the shower was small and a little tight. Overall it was great. 8.5/10"
