This property was amazing.. I traveled as a family of 4. First visit to Montreal. We were there to watch our Habs at the Bell Centre. We will return to Montreal again for another game and stay at this property.

Place was great, staff were great, amenities were great, location was good. Upstairs neighbours were too loud though. And the door lock was a bit wobbly.

Iverall a very good experience. The appartement is nice my furnished, great communication, clear instructions and central location. Some things could be improved such as appliances in the kitchen (there were no knives) and cleanlineds of towels (one was stained).

Very close to everything you want to see in my opinion. Came with a group of friends and we loved how close it was to old montreal and near by clubs for friends who love to go out for drinks and dance!

The property was excellent, very clean and well maintained, and in a great location. It was very convenient and we were able walk everywhere we wanted to go. Would highly recommend this location to family and friends.

I rarely leave reviews, and when I do, they’re usually positive, but I feel obligated to share my terrible experience to warn future guests. I checked in at 6 PM, only to find my room hadn’t been cleaned. The so-called “deluxe suite” was heavily worn, nothing like the heavily photoshopped images online. The smoke detector was beeping (the attendant was quick to fix it), but the noise from upstairs was unbearable due to zero sound insulation. Parking was also a challenge. But the worst part? Someone broke into my room while I was sleeping. At 6 AM, I woke to my door opening and closing. Half-asleep, I thought I was imagining it, but an hour later, I heard noises in the kitchen. When I got up, I found a large, drunk, and confused man sitting there. I panicked, thinking he was an intruder and I might have to defend myself. It turns out he had mistakenly booked the following night, yet he was still able to access the building—and my room—because the codes weren’t changed between guests. Even worse, there was no latch to lock the door from the inside. This is a serious security risk. I contacted the owner multiple times, giving them a chance to address it, but they ignored me. For your safety, do not stay here. Mistakes happen, but this level of negligence is unacceptable.

The area was beautiful close to downtown but the room was dirty when we arrived. Nasty stains on the couch, pee stain on the bed sheets and a dirty shower. Reported the issue and they said they would send cleaners and no one showered up. Asked for more towels as we only had 2 and still nothing. Room was very run down.

Tout est correct à cet endroit mais rien n’est parfait. C’est idéal pour vivre comme à la maison sans trop de casse-tête. C’est propre correct, la finition est correcte, l’ameublement est correct. C’est ma 3ieme visite et c’est mieux que beaucoup d’hébergements que j’ai déjà visité! D’avoir un stationnement est un gros plus! Du rangement dans la douche, des débarbouillettes, des moulures mieux finies et des fenêtres propres donneraient un plus mais ça obligerait à louer plus cher. Bon rapport qualité/prix!

Be warned, absolutely terrible experience!

One of the worst experiences at any accomodation found on hotels.com There were numerous small issues, tv remote didn't work, Uber eats was stolen while I was in the washroom etc. but the most major was an incredibly strong and unbearable smell of sulfur that began on day two of my stay and endured until I left. I messaged the hosts on the platform, I text and I called and tried everything to get in contact. This was at 4:30pm on a Tuesday. I had to leave because the smell was so strong I was getting a severe headache and was worried for my health. I stayed out until late, all along messaging and calling and trying to simply figure this out but they never replied. They didn't respond until the following morning and simply said some along the lines of "its not gas". No apologies, no solution. Meanwhile, fearing for my safety I slept a few hours, which I was very nervous about, but had no other choice, and left early in the morning. The smell had begun to fade morning but the host ignored messges and has done nothing to try and resolve the situation. Terrible communication, dirty accomodation and unbearably strong smell of sulfur for the entire stay. Be warned!!!
