Room wasn’t the cleanest, bathroom sink wasn’t draining properly and food from the last guest was left in the fridge. Only one towel was provided with no response from host when requesting a fresh one. Otherwise, good location and honestly not a bad place to stay if not for those hiccups.

It was smaller than i was expecting, and i didnt realize there was no tv... but its in a good social area and its clean and compact. For one person is better than 2, but im 6'1 250😁... the street is live and good eats around

Smell and lack of cleanliness was next level. The lay out forced me to crawl over the bed to get from toilet to shower.

There was bugs in the bed and I contacted the property about getting the sheets changed and it took them 3 days to finally get them changed after calling them four times. I ended up having to find someone in person to actually get it changed and even then it took them nearly an hour just to change them while they stood in my room and talked to each other. The location is very nice, several restaurants and bars nearby and very close to the bus station and some BIXI stations.

Not all rooms have AC, you have to call to ask them for it. Otherwise it’s what you’d expect for the price. Cleaniness is decent

Great location, in the heart of the Quartier Latin, very pittoresk. There are lots of nice restaurants, shops, bars and cafes around, partly with live music at night. A very vivid and inspiring place, we loved it! Can be a little loud at night, as people party in the area during weekends, but a real recommendation to get to know Montreal and its student community. We could walk everywhere, nice places to visit are near, and could also access public transport easily. We came to Montreal at a very busy time with several festivals, so the price was on the higher side, but good in comparison with similar apartments. Apartment was great for two people to mostly sleep there. Be careful with parking: payments at the side of the street is clearly explained and affordable during weekends. But attention: on Monday mornings during 8-9 it is completely forbidden, as they clean the streets and collect the waste. You get an expensive ticket immediately. Several parking garages are also in the area, if there is no space at the side of the street.

The room is ridiculously small. Although my search parameters were clear on dates, the system reserved an extra day that I could not use but had to pay for. The location is good. While the room appeared to be clean, there was garbage left on the floor that was not caught by cleaning staff. Be very careful when booking. There is no front desk. It is more akin to a rented room than a hotel.
