"Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay and would not return or recommend this property. The location was excellent and check-in was smooth, but the cleanliness and maintenance were major concerns. There were ants throughout the kitchen/living area, we had to kill more than a dozen bugs during our stay, and there were spiderwebs, dust, and a general level of grime throughout the apartment. Best place I've stayed in by far! However, do not get lost! The hotel is allocated upstairs which means you have to go up the stairs with your luggage and then type in the code."

"Little loud/echo when people entered or left appts. And could occasionally hear upstairs footsteps. Small price to pay for the location. Could not hear the street noise from Place St Jaques in our appt. even though we overlooked it. You litterally step out of your front door and into the action of old Montreal. Subway station is a short walk away and you can be in the heart of the retail and business districts 20 min outside your front door as well. Would absolutely stay again.overall 8.5/10....

"The room was well stocked, everything needed to cook meals. Very comfortable bed, eating area. A couple of easy chairs would have been very welcome. Help from staff re tv operation and taxi reservation were handled very efficiently. Much appreciated. We would stay again if in the area."
