Magnifique loft, très propre. Bien situé, a un coin rue du IGA, près de pleins de restaurants. Stationnement gratuit souterrain dans la arrière et très sécuritaire. Les personnes â l'accueil sont très polis et serviable. C'est certain que je vais y retourner.

Edited to add: After posting this review, I was contacted by the property and offered a one night refund in exchange for removi Our stay from March 23 to 27 was extremely disappointing. The room was in an unsanitary condition upon arrival. There was blood near the shower and on the toilet seat, a fecal stain in the toilet, pubic hair in the bathroom and shower, food debris on the floor, chairs, and table, and generally unclean surfaces throughout. There were also stained rugs, including one with tags and paper still left on it, and blankets with visible white stains. Housekeeping did attend, however the room was not properly cleaned. The beds were made without changing the bedding, towels provided were still stained, and the areas noted above remained unclean. I have date stamped photos documenting the condition of the room both upon arrival and after housekeeping attended. I requested to speak with the property owner and was told over the course of three days that I would receive a call. On the day of checkout, the manager confirmed that I would receive a phone call that day. That call never came, and I still have not been contacted. The front desk staff were polite and courteous in their interactions. However, this did not change the condition of the unit or how the concerns were handled. The condition of the room and the response provided fall below acceptable hospitality standards, including the expectation of a properly cleaned and sanitary environment.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The apartments have taken a battering since the photos were taken … the white sofa could do with a clean, floors are damaged and could do with a deep clean , no bedside lights or plug sockets by the bed. Was a practical place to stay and closet to old town.

This is my new “to go” Montreal hotel. Parking was easy & close, 2 king sized beds & queen sofa bed- awesome. Kitchen was well equipped & loved the decor throughout! The reception staff were super friendly & helpful!

We got a spacious, recently renovated, clean room. Since we had some business to attend, we just dropped our luggage and went on our business. When later in the evening we got back to the room, I finally looked at the bed. Though the reservation stated “queen bed”, it was hardly even a double. I travel with my husband, who is not a very healthy individual and has nightmares, so the sleep was terrible. I got up like a zombie and went to see the staff. The person on duty (there was no name tag) said that he’s going to contact his manager (later, the same person claimed he is a manager), and that he’ll get to our room to talk to us. Nobody bothered to come or call us. On my second trip to the reception, he said that he only has 2 rooms and they are “way more expensive,” and the bed we got is really a queen. I paid him the hundred he requested and moved to the room that has 2 “king” beds. Needless to say, these “kings” were the size of a regular queen bed. Something is off with their measurement system, I suppose. My short vacation was practically ruined. I still give the hotel 3 stars as its location is convenient, the place is clean, and the rooms/apartments have all you need for a family stay, like utensils, plates, and a skillet.

It was an excellent stay! The room was spacious and really easy to access. Sound didn’t travel at all. Parking is a little difficult to access but it didn’t take away from the overall cleanliness and experience!
