"Room was ok but toilet bowl was shaking, bath soap was dollar coin size that is hard to use and smells bad, shampoo was diluted. Most of all when I informed about bed having some dirt particles found when we moved the blankets, the lady at front desk in the morning was not ready to accept. How hard ..."

"We really enjoyed the swimming pool, and the indoor parking system was convenient and worked very well. However, one of the elevators had broken floor tiles. For a hotel of this standard, this is unacceptable and detracts from the overall experience. I hope this issue will be addressed promptly."

"Excellent hotel and magnificent rooms, a wonderful stay outside of downtown Montreal. We stayed in the 16th floor and had great views of the surrounding area. Great area, great selection of restaurants. The staff were great. I’ll be back!"
