Checked in and found a staff member (not housekeeping) casually chatting on the phone inside our room. Startled us, not what you expect walking into your own room. Also the room was very far from the check in desk, and no elevators, no stairs, had to carry a heavy luggage upstairs, and was very inconvenient ...
