I thought I would try a more up-scale hotel than usual on this trip to Montreal, but on the whole I was disappointed. (1) check-in: I arrived at 5pm and I was told my room was ready, but I'd have to wait while it was "verified" -- that took 10-15 minutes, which was OK, but not my idea of luxury. ...
