"This was one of our favorite places that we stayed at in Scotland. The grounds and the buildings were beautiful. I would love to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. We stayed in one of the older rooms and it truly felt like a suite. "

"The room iteslf was clean, as was the bathroom. However there was hair & other small debris in the drawers in the room. A small fridge would have been helpful as the room was hot. Breakfast was good, we’d no other meals there. We paid for a late checkout yet our key cards stopped working 30 mins before checkout, which meant I was locked out at street level, my key card no longer operated the lift so had to climb 7 floors back to my room. I also do not like that the hotel does not accept cash. All in all good value and breakfast and clean enough."

"We asked for a cup of tea to go with the buffet & was told we couldn’t have one, We were told you can have the tea bags but can’t use the kettle that was sitting beside the teabags, we even offered to pay for the tea. very disappointed in the staffs reaction to the situation. We won’t be in a hurry to come back"
