"Front desk staff was PHENOMENAL. The front desk anyways. The food court checkout was a little below expectations and was giving run of the mill fast food employee. The lifeguards were a bit rude. One in particular was very nit-picky and was even pushy towards management to make a larger deal out of petty things when she didn’t get her way. Kind of a damper on the mood.
