"J’ai passé un excellent séjour au Castello Hotel Cairo. L’hôtel est propre. Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à aider, ce qui a vraiment fait la différence tout au long de mon séjour, ( mina / youssef / Mona / Nadia / mohanad / israa / Abdo ) un grand merci à vous. L’emplacement est également un vrai plus ( proche de Place Tahrir & Talaat Harb ) pratique pour se déplacer et découvrir la ville."

Mostafa makes a conscious effort to make customers comfortable, starting with a welcome drink on the rooftop and accommodative with luggage storage. The only con is the walls are thin, so you can hear people in the hallways."

"We stayed there six nights altogether and the breakfast was the same every day apart from occasionally we had different fruit. If not using the lift we found the staircase very dirty. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The rooms were amazing but the bathrooms need some updating and to be a little cleaner. I would recommend this hotel. It is great value for money. "

"Good location right in front of the Sphinx and the tickets office make it convenient to get in and out of the Pyramids area without the need for transportation. Staffs are very nice and lovely. The room is good and comfortable. The surrounding areas are safe to walk about at night with all the restaurants and shops that open late. The hotel also has taxi service at fair price. Great overall experience and will definitely stay here again."

"The room had a beautiful view of the pyramids. It was clean. The staff were welcoming and provided me a birthday cake, in which unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to eat it because we arrived so late and were there for a short time and had a lot to do. The staff was so accommodating and served breakfast at the time we requested each morning. They also offered to transport us to different places and offered excursions. We will stay again. "
