"Slick tub, no non slip prevention, fell in the shower and broke the shower. Didn’t fix shower, didn’t move rooms the just brought a non slip mat and that was good enough I guess. Drain plug completely came out. Didn’t seem to understand my concern. Didn’t inform next staff of the problem when we returned. Ask for non slip mat, they don’t provide them in each room when you arrive. "

Both rooms and bathrooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet, and there was coffee & tea in the lobby in the morning. I would stay here again."
