"The staff is great, very knowledgeable and courteous, always providing information, for us to make our stay more pleasant and enjoyable. The location couldn’t ask for a better one walking distance to all the important destinations to visit. For the the time that we stay , which it was very short stay were able to visit many places. Definitely will recommend it. The room were clean."

"Fahad the front desk person went over and above to help out when our room ac was not functioning. They ensured they got it fixed by night and the front desk people were apologetic the next day. The rooms are really nice. It’s a boutique luxury hotel so not bad for that"

"An excellent occasion in the heart of the old town. At night it could be a bit noisy if you have a room overlooking the square. However, the windows are double glazed and enhanced the experience rather than being a problem."

"It's a beautiful hotel in a great location for walking everywhere in the Gothic Quarter. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, quiet and comfortable. The terrace on top is very nice and quite comfortable in the evenings. The breakfast set up is excellent. The areas I would suggest for improvement would be to get an iron for guests and make sure that the TV's work properly. Our remote did't work right and was not fixed or replaced. The staff was very nice & helped us so many times when we had questions about transportation & how to get to certain locations. They never seemed annoyed & were very cheerful.
