"The staff was helpful and the rooms very accomodating. Unfortunately, as we travel with 8 people, not everything goes according to plan. Such was the case here. A pull out couch in the family suite was not in working order. They very kindly helped us by putting some of our crew into another room, free of charge to give us the beds we needed.
The room was clean. The staff helpful. Cleaning came when we needed and towels were replaced, a big deal for our large crew. They even left us a small handmade treat in our room for our stay. After 4 days exploring the 4 corners area and all it had to offer, it was nice to come back to a clean room. It was the perfect location to visit Mesa Verde, Monument Valley, the Four Corners, Monticello, and more."
