"The customer service was great. It was busy due to Ricky Martin concert. Breakfast was yummy & had gluten free options. Pool was a perfect temperature. Rooms very clean. It would have been good to know they had there private bus take to & from the concert. Though overall I would stay there again, it was quieter then I expected, as it’s near a main road. "

"The location is great. Stone away from shopping centre. Lots of overnight parking available. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Breakfast was included but we couldn't have it due to early morning flight. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean and spotless. We loved our stay and will come back. "

"Very friendly, accommodating manager and staff when I was in a highly distressed state. Not encouraging others to go here for THAT purpose. I did not act appropriately towards end of my stay. At all. I would not expect them to accommodate anyone's behavior the way they did mine. I'd had just come from an extremely traumatic experience and my behavior was 100% unacceptable. A support worker had to explain my circumstances. They were extremely compassionate given that they didn't have to be. Do not think for a second you can go there and behave in the completely disrespectful and threatening way I did. It will not be tolerated. I had to be hospitalised as a result of my behavior. Traumatised or not; no excuse. My behaviour was not my usual self. My support worker explained this. I am just very thankful that nothing further was done to reprimand me for my behavior. It had to be explained to me as I couldn't remember any of it. I'm ashamed. And I sincerely apologise. It was declared Acute Psychosis. Yes; there was reason behind it. But it had 100% NOTHING to do with the hotel, management or other staff. Thank you to the hotel for being compassionate when realistically, they had absolutely no reason to be. From what was relayed to me by my support worker, who knew it was 100% out of character for me? They had every reason to place me under arrest. They did EVERYTHING they could to try and help me. My mental state had gone beyond any state of acceptable conduct"

"Manager I’m assuming was incredibly nice, courteous and helpful. Our room was great, clean and tidy, comfortable beds, great kitchen facilities. I would certainly recommend this Hotel to anyone and any future stays for myself."
