"Angela at the front desk was amazing. We had a party of six with my family and needed a few extras for the room. Angela was excellent and most accommodating!! as far as amenities, the pool and cleanliness of the hotel were fair. Our room specifically didn’t have a shower curtain on when we got there and there were food splatter all over the wall walls in the kitchen."

"The staircase going up stairs had some kind of odor and the walls in the room had stuff all over it and the bathroom sink and shower looked liked they hadn’t been cleaned. I forgot something in the room when I checked out and asked if I can get a key or something to go back in and the fro desk told me there was staff on the floor to ask them I did ask them and explained to them what happened and what the guy at the desk said and they ignored me and went back to work so I called the other person...

"Loved everything about our stay: clean rooms, reliable wifi, great breakfast options, pleasant staff and quiet nights. We were there for a convention (and the Air Zoo) and we'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!"

"The bed was nice. Most of the outlets in the room didn’t work, including the bathroom outlet outlets. The towels were small and thin the light fixtures and TV were extremely outdated, but we were comfortable. The microwave worked, but the turntable inside didn’t match the microwave. It had a weird smell throughout the hotel."

"The room was dirty. The floors, the walls, the bathroom all dirty. There was stink bugs in the rooms. The only reason we didn’t leave and just drive home was because of the severe weather. The pool was also dirty and appeared very cloudy. "

"The rooms were very large and the suite included a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and coffee maker along with cutlery. The buffet breakfast was amazing. So many choices. The pool was not operational when we were there which was a bummer. The hotel front desk staff were friendly and helpful. "

"The place was under construction was not informed ahead of time. Was there for two weeks, house keeping only came twice. Slept three different nights without proper bedding. Bathroom sink was clogged the whole time. They have roaches"
