"The walls are thin. We were woken up by noise from the next room. We first heard hangers rattling and voices. You shouldn't hear hangers or voices from the next room. I assume the banging we heard was something like suitcases being set on the hard floor. The bed and pillows were the best of the three hotels we stayed in on this trip."

However, for a 5-star airport hotel, there were several disappointing aspects that felt hard to overlook. The restaurant was decent, but extremely overpriced. The only available room with two beds was incredibly small, and despite the photos suggesting there was a patio or balcony area, it was actually just large windows that did not open at all. "Modern hotel, licht, schoon, goed bed. Goed ontbijt, veel te kiezen. Gemakkelijk parkeren onder het hotel (€15 per nacht). Op loopafstand van het centrum. Kamer en badkamer waren wel erg klein, maar alles was spik en span. Koffie en thee kan je onbeperkt halen, in de eetzaal."

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The underground parking was easily accessed & check-in efficient & friendly (English speaking). The room was compact but comfortable with a good sized, comfy bed. I didn't hear any noise from other guests and the room temperature was easily controlled. Good TV as well. Didn't try the pizza advertised but will be returning shortly & will do then."

"Great location. Cafes & restaurants are a few minutes walk. If you are there on a Wednesday there is a market within walking distance. Staff are very helpful & responsive. I would certainly choose to stay here again."

"The room was really excellent, so quiet, we barely heard a thing! Staff were so helpful with our requests and we were made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent, great choices and well stocked. My only very minor issues were: we had a water bottle in our room which I assume was meant to be full, it never was. And, I drink a lot of coffee, only one day was our tea and coffee topped up and that was the day I left the drawer open to make it obvious. Also our room kept demagnetising so...

"Very great hotel, but very disappointed that the usb port in my room did not work and nothing was done about it. Also the staffing at the reception could be better, customers waited over 15 -20mins before they could be attended to due to only one staff at the reception."
