"Our Island House stay could have not been better. Although an older hotel it is updated and very well taken care of. Room was amazing, staff friendly. Customer service was top notch. Will definitely stay at the Island House on my next visit to Mackinac Island. Location was perfect."

"What a wonderful place to stay! The cabins are well maintained and comfortable. The location is convenient. We were able to walk to Shepler's Ferry for our ride to Mackinac Island as well as to many restaurants and stores in town. We enjoyed our stay!"

"The best thing about the property is the woman at the front desk named Hope. She’s a pure delight and was so so helpful with tips on places to go and see and tips about the ferry for Mackinac Island! She is beautiful inside and out. We enjoyed our stay and the restaurant and the pizza!! Highly recommend and say hi to Hope for me!!"

"The room was very nice. The pool water looked cloudy, and only 4 of the hot tub jets worked right. I didn't like the fact that the breakfast was only from 7am-9am and it was in a different building and was on the 2nd floor.. no elevators"
