Room was too small and smelly (as when doors are always shut, the room doesn’t have any ventilation/windows). You can hear what happens next door. Walls are cardboard so you hear everything around the building! Metal frame of the building vibrates when people walks by or takes the stairs. We stayed next to the hotel toilets and someone was sick and blowing his nose and spitting from 6am and none took care of it. We didn’t stay for breakfast even when included. Bedding looked clean and tiny shower room looked clean. Towels need to be renewed. Location is good although there is no parking in the premises.

Chambre agréable et comfortable . Les employées sont très chaleureux et accueillant. Suggestion: La minuscule fenêtre de la chambre devrait être mieux étanche a l'éclairage car la lumiere du hall voit le jour. Une distributrice à café dans le hall serait fort appréciée. La tranquillité est un gros atout et jf recommande fortement ce petit hôtel. Pour le petit dejeuner, vous devriez enlever l'assiette de fruits, puisque vous offrez un smootie (fruits) et plutôt offrir des protéines comme fromage, viande.

Muy agradable y atenta Betty en la recepción, podría mejorar el WiFi que se va a cada rato, así como los servicios de tv que no había ni un servicio de streaming. En los alimentos quizás un par de opciones veganas ayudarían principalmente en el desayuno.

The bed was very clean and comfy. We slept real good because our room was dark and quiet like we like it. Everyone was very polite and made things available right away. The shower was awesome. Lots of hot water and while under the running water I felt like I was given a massage. They provided water bottles everyday. The continental breakfast was toast, fresh fruit, coffee, juice. It was just right. The coffee was delicious.

Morelia getaway

Jaime in the front desk was super polite and helpful. The hotels is newly renovated very modern and clean. Breakfast in the terrace was very delicious and great service.
