"We really enjoyed our stay at The Lakes by Yoo. Everything was clean and well designed and the pool and spa facilities were good. Most importantly the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue with our original room so they kindly upgraded us to a suite for our final night, which we weren't able to stay in as we had to leave due to a family emergency, but the gesture was greatly appreciated. We hope to visit again in the future! "

"The room was clean and generally well maintained. The staff, particularly at breakfast were friendly and helpful. The breakfast itself was very tasty and good quality. There was a reasonable selection of breakfast items. Unfortunately we ended up with an interconnecting room, so despite the hotel being advertised as having sound proof rooms, it really wasn’t. "Everything about our stay was perfect, food was excellent and use of the spa is well worth it. We were upgraded without requesting it (never ever asked before) the room was stunning. The only downside was that we were directly above the kitchen, and there was constant banging coming from the kitchen. When i asked, apparently it was the water pipes when the dishwasher was in use. Didn't really affect us, as we were hardly in our room, but i could imagine you wanted a relaxing time in your room...
