"Bed appeared to have 2 bottom box springs to lay on making it difficult to sleep on. When both the top and bottom mattresses both appear to have a board along the outside edge bottom, and you can feel spring underneath the sheet, that's not a mattress, that's a problem. I showed it to the manager on my way out and apparently the cover for the mattress had not been removed, replaced or cleaned in quite some time as it ripped from age, and lack of regular maintenence. "Dude. For what I paid for place is solid. Staff was super nice room was clean but small however I really wasn’t in it. The ac in my room sucked. Probably just my room but still inconvenient considering I love ac. The jacuzzi (both) was probably 94-95 and the jets didn’t work. That was disappointing especially when it was getting cold. Other than those 2 somewhat minor issues everything else was awesome. Great staff. Clean. Amazing location. For the price it’s worth every penny."

My wife made the reservation for me and apparently because she was not present and then they said our last names didn't match which they do the person at the front desk would not check me in. So I told them to cancel the reservation and just give me the room since it would be vacant. And still nothing. I couldn't believe how rude and unaccommodating this person was. I was gonna pay cash for the room up front and still no nothing. I...
