"スタッフの方々が親切なのが印象的でした！ホテル自体はコンパクトで必要最低限のものが揃っていました。かゆいところに手が届くというよりも、安い価格に照らして十分な準備があるホテルだと思います。目の前にスーパーがあるのも便利でした。ディズニーに行くのに、小さい子連れでバスで行くのは少し大変でしたが、何よりスタッフさんの対応が良かったのでこのホテルを利用して良かったと思います。"

"It was a very nice experience to stay at grand machiya second. Altough we found a bit difficulty to find the property at beginning. Check in and check out was very smooth, concierge was very accomodative to give us earlier check in which was really helpful after a long flight and walk in cold weather with elderlies and young children. "Although it was one night and our last night in Japan, I couldn't ask for a better place to spend it at. We came quite late around 10pm or so, but the staff was ready to service us even before coming up to the reception desk. Check-in was smooth and easy. The room was the most spacious we had on our travel, and the beds were comfy. The view was amazing as the Tokyo Skytree Tower was on our side, right in the middle.
