"There’s no air conditioning whatsoever, and Scotland does, despite its reputation, get hot in summer. There was no way to cool down the room, as the windows were stupidly restricted to open only two inches. Neither my wife nor I could sleep and this is not acceptable for a hotel that costs close to $300 a night"

"It is perfect for the night before a flight. It's in walking distance to the airport. (Like a really short walk - 5-10 minutes all in with luggage). The hotel itself has amazing sound proofing as well as I was not bothered at all by airport noise - which is pretty good since we could see planes coming in from our room.
Includes breakfast, which was pretty good with plenty of options and opens at 6am. (We had time to quickly grab and then head to the airport for our 9am flight). We noticed they...

"This is a great little find. Perfect for a family who doesnt want to be on top of one another in a hotel. It's a little far out for a quick walk to the city center, but the area is beautiful safe and quiet. It was a great find for the pinch we were in when the trains were shut down and we didnt have a place to stay."
