"Most of the front desk staff were not welcoming. We were never offered another room when we presented these issues to the front desk. The blankets were paper thin and whenever we requested an additional one they took it back when housekeeping. The pool and beach area was decent, but you had to pick up and drop off your beach towels at the front main desk.
