"This is our go to hotel in the area. The staff are great and the rooms are spacious and well appointed."

"The room and staff were great!"

"David at the front desk was absolutely rude. There was a misunderstanding with my reservation, and even after paying for the upgrade he continued to be rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. My experience with that staff member has ultimately changed my mind about staying at that hotel ever again. IHG has lost a customer for that location."

"Great place to stay! Lots of restaurants close along with a mall. Staff were all very friendly."

"Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The items available for purchase was above and beyond. Convenience store level and included refrigerated foods and ways to heat it up right there. The new pancake machine was the main focus of breakfast. Hot coffee and cocoa was available for chats in the lobby area with other guests we were in town with. The room was clean, quiet and cool. Definitely glad we switched things up this trip and tried this hotel."

"It was fun staying here"

"Our room was terrible trash and food under the bed and nightstand. The furniture was outdated and stunk really bad. I don’t think that room has been cleaned in a long time there was even mold on the ceiling. The staff were friendly and the appearance of the outside was really great but that’s about it. Definitely not staying there again"
