"The staff is always welcoming and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The one thing I don’t appreciate is that they recently began charging a fee for parking. It used to be free and should be considering the price of the hotel stay."

"Room could do with a freshen up. Clean but dated. Restaurant was average. Staff were helpful. Would be better if the shuttle to the airport started before 6am. I had to take an expensive Uber."

"Looks are deceiving!The lobby looked ok the room itself was clean enough to stay. So I stayed woke up the next morning with bed bug bites all over my chest and back. I spoke with the manager about it he was very rude!! All he said he could do is refund the room and nothing else. The manager also had me confused with another guest so the hotel definitely has a issue with bed bugs so I definitely don’t recommend this hotel."

"Beautiful hotel that feels up to date, cozy and upscale. Staff was very welcoming and helpful and showed grace and understanding when we were late checking out (teens, amiright?...). The Common Good restaurant has great food and service. The hotel offers free coffee in the morning, lovely fireplaces here and there, a beautiful bar, a small library and gorgeous art spread throughout. Can't recommend this place enough! Go stay!!"

"This hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The staff provided a wheelchair for my brother (Disabled Vet) because he fell in the lobby. The area had a lot of homeless people but I felt safe. The homeless didn't bother anyone or try to panhandle. I would stay there again."

"The internet was often slow. No dishes in the kitchen; when I requested some as per the sign in the room, I was told none were available. The floor clearly had not been mopped. There was a constant drip coming from somewhere over the bathroom. "
