"Pluses: 1. The location was accessible to restaurants and public transport. 2. The size of the rooms is good enough for a family of four. We didn't stay in the room other than for sleep, so the space was not a big deal, but if you are looking for a room to relax, this won't be the right choice, but for NYC, this is good enough. 3. The bed was really good, I turn around a lot in sleep, my spouse didn't feel it. It was really comfortable. Minor minuses: 1. The complaint we had was that there was no water for a brief few hours the next day of our arrival. We checked in late at night, due to the water shutoff, we had to get ready early to avoid being stuck for long. This was not notified when we checked in by the staff; we almost missed the notice in the room until my kid picked it up and tried to read it. 2. The AC didn't work that well to circulate air. I left the window open a bit,t but it was 40's outside, so we shut it off. The exhaust in the bathroom didn't work either. Except for these minor inconveniences, the stay was ok to roam NYC."

"We had a lovely stay at the Hotel Edison in NYC.The location adjacent to Times Square was efficient for shopping, and nice restaurants were nearby. The rooms were larger than standard, clean, and the bath with shower was comfortable. Staff were very nice and helpful. Yes, we would stay there again!"

"The location was excellent. A subway stop directly outside the hotel with other subway lines within a short walk. Close to both Times Square and Central Park. The bar had amazing food, only wished it had better hours"

"If you just want a place to sleep at night after exploring the city, this would be the place. Extra small rooms, but clean and not too far from Time Square. The breakfast is what would be expected of a budget hotel, extremely simple, but can get you through the morning. The room is for 2 people max, 3 definitely will not fit. "

"Nice hotel, but not what I was expecting for the price. If there were amenities, I didn't notice any. I paid for a better view, and wasn't really happy with what I got, but that may just be how it goes sometimes. I wouldn't stay here again though. I'm positive I could have gotten a hotel better suited to my tastes, probably at a lower price."

"We had trouble with our room two days in a row they attempted to fix but could not so the changed our room from the 22nd floor to the 30th and were very apologetic. The room was amazing with great views."

"Very kind staff. Everyone I came in contact with, whether the maintenance man on the elevator, the maid, the front desk, everyone was happy and helpful. That always signals good management to me. The room was very small but clean. And fine for what I needed. Good location. Not a far walk to Times Square and Broadway shows. Plus close proximity to the subway."
