"Very nice hotel, only downside is they didn’t have basic things like a closet or microwave in the rooms. We had to use microwave way down by the elevators. These are necessities for travelers. The hotel is also large, so you could be walking for 5-10 min straight from the front door to get to your room. Something to consider for those with less mobility. Dinner/kitchen menu is very limited, not considerate of dietary restrictions. Otherwise, it was very nice and I would stay again."

"Staff was great. Breakfast was tasty. The instructions given for the thermostat were a little confusing, but the room was nice and cool in contrast to the Phoenix heat. I'd stay again!"

"This place has really bad consumer service when I arrived at the place. The lady was very moody. She didn’t activate the card right I came back down and asked her seems like she got a little bit upset when I went into the room the room smelled like cigarette it was really hot. I went to turn on the AC. There were no AC control box. It seemed like it had been broken off the wall. The AC did not function. I then went to the front desk and asked if they could switch me rooms and she repeatedly rudely said. know that because she already had switched out a lot of people for the day and that she was not doing anymore. I asked to speak to maintenance. She got mad and said no one was gonna speak to me that I pretty much lost my money no refund available nor another room I didn’t have to sleep outside in my truck due to this issue"

"This is a bare minimum extended stay facility. Two, plates, forks, spoons, knives and glasses. You have to supply everything. Cook top but no pots or pans. You have to buy them? Fire alarm went off at 2:30 am in the whole hotel because of someone burning their microwave popcorn. No one on the property after 10pm. Extended our stay for two extra days and then our plans changed and we checked out a day early. NO REFUND. We will not be returning"
